SYLWIA PUZYNOWSKA

Sylwia Puzynowska is a legal advisor and founder of the law office. She has almost 15-years experience in matters of labor law and litigation in this field of law. For 10 years she has been affiliated to the largest international law firms such as White&Case and, later, Baker&McKenzie, where she built the Labor Law Department, managing it as a partner for the preceding three years. She wrote a lot of publications in labor law; she is regularly collaborating with the professional press in this respect, gives lectures and presentations. 

In the course of her professional career, Sylwia Puzynowska acquired broad experience in the field of labor law, including employment, collective and individual termination, employee transfers and restructuring, drafting management stock option plans, pension schemes and developing outplacement projects. She advised also in matters of cooperation among employers and staff representatives such as trade unions or employee councils, she participated in negotiating collective labor agreements and other collective dealings. 

For many years, Sylwia Puzynowska has been an expert recommended by Chambers Europe, Practical Law Company Which Lawyer and Legal 500 as a labor law lawyer. 

She is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
She has a command of fluent Polish and English.
