KRZYSZTOF PISAREK

Krzysztof Pisarek graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. Since 1996, he has been practicing as an advocate, member of the Warsaw Bar. To date, he has collaborated with the Polish offices of international law firms Baker&McKenzie, White & Case and Dewey & LeBoeuf. In March 2009 he started practicing at Grohman & Pisarek Advocates as a partner; currently, he is a co-founder of Pisarek & Puzynowska Law Office.

In the course of his professional career to date, he has gained broad experience in the field of mergers and takeovers, representing clients from both the public and the private sector as purchasers and sellers, at a number of transactions of stock, share and asset purchases (including privatization) in many various businesses, particularly in power engineering, commercial banking, construction business, foodstuffs, hotel services, media and advertising, and vehicle spare parts manufacturing. 

His professional interests include the wide range of problems in respect of business law, civil law, of which broadly understood real property law, of law of companies, and administrative law. He is an expert in legal advising in respect of planning and conducting company merger and takeover transactions as well as company post-acquisition restructuring. Krzysztof Pisarek dealt many times with preparing legal structure for green field investments, providing his advisory services at each stage of such investments.

 Krzysztof Pisarek took part in several dozen transactions with the participation of domestic and foreign entities, including several largest ones on the market in this part of Europe.
